Local
Clubs meet regularly throughout the year, offering a stimulating program of dynamic speakers on current topics related to women's issues. Dinner meetings are the most common meeting format, with special events sponsored throughout the year across the province.

District
The Province of Ontario is divided into six districts with a District Director providing each club in their district with a mechanism for mentoring and support. District meetings are conducted on an annual basis.

Provincial
Each year a Provincial Conference is hosted by one of the many clubs across the province. Resolutions that shape policy and provincial legislation, affecting a range of women's issues, are submitted by local clubs for discussion and debate. Resolutions passed at conference are compiled into a Brief and presented to the Provincial Government.

National
BPW Canada holds a biennial Convention where women's issues at the National level are discussed and debated. Resolutions approved at the National Convention are compiled into a Brief  and are presented to the appropriate Ministries of the Federal Government.

International
BPW International holds an International Congress every three years where BPW members from around the world debate women's issues of a global nature.
